FILE STORAGE AND ACCESS POLICY

Regarding the storage of your pictures, videos, or files, please note that the provided link will remain active for one year. It is advisable to securely maintain your files during this period. If you require access beyond the one-year timeframe, please inform us, and a nominal fee will be charged for either link renewal or file transfer via flash drive. (Please be aware that while we often keep backups for extended periods, we do not obligate, guarantee, or insure the retention of your files beyond one year.)

By downloading, sharing, emailing, or printing any photos from this event site, you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not download, share, email, or print any photos from us.

• You may use photos for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not publish or distribute any photo outside of distribution to family and friends for non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reproduce, store, distribute, display, or otherwise use any photo in any manner that harms or violates any person depicted in the photo or any right of privacy or publicity of any person depicted in the photo.
• You may not modify, add to, or delete from any photo or remove the FX PICTURES -FX PARTY BOOTH logo from any photo or video.
• By using FX PICTURES / FX PARTY BOOTH Photo Booth, you hereby grant FX Pictures any licenses and absolute rights to copyright and share pictures.
• Facebook and Email Sharing are not directed toward children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to submit any personally identifiable information.

GENERATOR POLICY

Certainly, we can provide a gas generator for outdoor events, pending approval from the venue. This generator will effectively power our equipments. However, advance booking is necessary, with a $50 charge applicable. It's crucial to inform the venue and event planner that you will be renting and operating a generator. Please note that our insurance policy does not cover the generator, so it is your responsibility.

EVENT SAFETY MEASURES, CABLE MANAGEMENT, AND PRECAUTIONS

We consistently prioritize safety by securely covering our cables with Gaffer tape, renowned for leaving no residue. Our inventory includes black, white, and yellow caution tape, each chosen for various flooring types. It's imperative that the venue permits us to cover cables for guest safety, or alternatively, the venue or event organizer arranges a parallel solution. Please note, while we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents or injuries that may occur.
